This evening, we celebrated my birthday in style at my favorite restaurant Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse in Roseville. This place opened in 2014, it proudly brought the first authentic Brazilian Churrascaria experience to area. Since opening they have received many awards including Best Steakhouse, and Best Romantic Restaurant. Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho's herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving. We had a large party, and an incredible and attentive waitress, who went out of her way to ensure that we had a very pleasant time. The food of course was amazing, and I love the authentic Brazilian Gauchos outfits that the staff wear as they deliver and cut the various meats for you tableside. I have been here before but was excited to introduce some of my friends to the experience for the first time... word of advice for you first timers, don't fill up on the salad bar... save room for the star of the show... the meats...

My parents raved about this place when they went for their anniversary so when my father's birthday came up he wanted all of us to experience it. We made a reservation on OpenTable, and we're promptly seated at 430. I ordered a margarita and it was delicious.We helped ourselves to the market table and hot side bar and everything tasted so fresh and amazing. The hot bar had rice, mashed potatoes, beef stroganoff, and salmon. I made a salad and helped myself to fresh fruit, shrimp cocktail, and pasta salad. This right here is enough to make anyone full, but now here comes the meat. My favorite was the top sirloin, ribeye, and beef ribs. They also have BBQ chicken, lamb chops, and bacon wrapped filet and chicken. Everything was delicious, and you're not waiting for anything. My dad got a complimentary ice cream for his bday, and they even sang in Portuguese. They made him feel special, and that's all I could ask for on his day. We will definitely be back!

They have the meats! This a buffet style meal. You'll find a self serve designated area where you can grab some sides like a salad and stroganoff. Meanwhile, severs come around with an endless selection of meats such as lamb, ribs, sausage, etc. prepared in various ways. The grilled pineapple with cinnamon sugar butter is an absolute MUST! Great spot for large parties. I suggest making a reservation for dinner.

Took my husband for our anniversary, it was his first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. Food was great, drinks were great, always love the variety. They have a grilled pineapple that is to die for. Between that and the bacon wrapped filet, pure heaven! Service is incredible and the ambience was very pleasant!! Husband had a great time!
